Joseph and Lisa were both great in helping us get new kitchen shades, carpet and luxurious vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. Lisa helped to get coordinate the right colors for the shades with the floor. Update Jan 2022: I decided to invest in shutters for my new (to me) home and after a wonderful experience with Design Craft fixing the previous blinds in Fall 2020, I contacted them for an estimate for shutters. Lisa did such a wonderful job helping me figure out exactly how I wanted my shutters to look and keeping me updated on the order shipping. Joseph did the install in a meticulous manner with such attention to detail and showed me how to take care of them, and he did it all in one afternoon. My new shutters look amazing (like they’ve always been a part of the house), the work wonderfully and I’m so happy I found Design Craft. Fall 2020: I moved into my first home and it had some lovely blinds already ... but a number of them weren’t opening or locking properly. I contacted Design Craft via their website to see if they repaired existing blinds and Lisa and Joseph contacted me to schedule an appointment. Joseph arrived, immediately figured out what was wrong, and went about replacing the the cords that lower and raise the blinds and fixing the locking mechanisms. I am so impressed with his work and so relieved to only have to pay (a very reasonable price) for repairs instead of paying to replace a whole room’s worth of blinds. I would absolutely use Design Craft again.

Just a few weeks later our window coverings were ready to be installed! Joseph handled the installation. He was very respectful and cleaned up after himself.
